Between 1909 and 1913 the Weiß-Fraktur by Emil Rudolf Weiß was licenced exclusively to Tempel Verlag Leipzig, used for a special classics edition. From 1913 the typeface was available for the public (Bauersche Gießerei, Frankfurt). Above shown: part of the original sample „Begleitwort zur Probe der Weiß-Fraktur” (1914), dedicated to Unger.
